1. Sponsor

The Kingz Crown Blast contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by TK Holdings LLC (“Sponsor”). Questions: info@terpkingz.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. Employees of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Contest period

Sponsor will post the Contest start date and time on this website. The Contest begins at that time and ends when 16 Crowns have been awarded, or when Sponsor posts notice on this website that the Contest has ended, whichever comes first. Before the start time the game runs in practice mode, and practice progress does not count.

4. How to enter

With a code from a bag: Specially marked bags of Terp Kingz candy include a code under a peel-back sticker. Register the code on this website with a username, email address and password.

Free method of entry: Email info@terpkingz.com with the subject line “Free Code Request” and include your full name and email address. Sponsor will reply with one free code. Free codes work exactly like codes from bags. Limit one free code per person per day.

Each code can be registered once, creating one profile. Codes cannot be transferred, sold or registered to someone else’s account. One person may hold several profiles under one login, one per registered code.

5. How to win

This is a game of skill. Download the Kingz Crown Blast game, log in with your registered account, and beat all 40 levels. When the Contest begins, every player’s progress resets to level 1. The first 16 eligible players to beat all 40 levels while logged in during the Contest period win, in the order Sponsor’s servers record their finishes.

Only one Crown per person. If a person finishes with more than one profile, only their first finish counts, and the next eligible finisher moves up. Progress made as a guest, or before the Contest start time, does not count.

6. Prize

Each of up to 16 winners receives a Crown. Prizes are not transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.

7. Verification and winner notification

All finishes are subject to verification. Sponsor will contact potential winners by email and/or Instagram message using the details given at registration. A potential winner must respond within 7 days and may be asked to confirm their identity, age and eligibility. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible finisher.

8. Fair play

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who cheats, tampers with the game or website, uses bots, scripts or modified software, exploits bugs, creates accounts with false information, or otherwise acts unfairly. Finishes that are impossible or highly unlikely under normal play, such as completing levels faster than humanly possible, may be reviewed and disqualified. Sponsor’s decisions on all Contest matters are final.

9. Apple

Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in any way with, this Contest. Apple is not responsible for the Contest or its prizes.

10. General conditions

By taking part, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete registrations, network or server problems, or technical failures that affect play. If the Contest cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical problems or anything else beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may modify, suspend or end the Contest and award prizes among eligible finishers up to that point. To the extent allowed by law, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from the Contest or any prize. These rules are governed by the laws of the state in which Sponsor is organized.

11. Privacy

Information collected in the Contest is used as described in our Privacy policy.

Winners’ usernames are shown on the leaderboard on this website. For a list of winners, email info@terpkingz.com with the subject line “Winners List”.
